You agree to provide timely feedback, required assets, and necessary access to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSC IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSC IT Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
